Our Story
Our mission at EMPWR has always been to promote the healing and empowerment of all those impacted by sexual or relationship trauma by making healing more approachable. We started off as two survivors wanting a space to share the wisdom and information that had helped us along our own healing journeys.
Throughout our work as survivor advocates, we kept hearing about a common, shared experience - no one is taught how to be in tune with their boundaries and desires. Whether you are a survivor of sexual violence or not, our culture of sexual shame and repression leads all of us to feel disconnected from our bodies and our sensualities.
We partnered up with the pleasure advocate and somatic embodiment coach, Marlee Liss, and The EMPWR Collective was created. We built two unique programs to support each and every one of you in unlearning shame and reclaiming pleasure empowerment. Our dream is to give you the tools and support you need to empower yourself to create your ideal relationship with sex and pleasure.
